Australia Post strives for prompt and safe shipping & delivery.
- Goods are packed securely before shipping. We cannot take responsibility for lost or
damaged parcels. If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, it can only be
replaced after an investigation has been completed with Australia Post, to confirm that
the item was lost in transit.
- You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.
- Please allow 3 – 8 working days for delivery.

Mercy Mission Australia utilises the regular Airmail service to ship &
deliver parcels. We cannot guarantee delivery times of parcels, as this depends on
the destination country’s delivery services. Delivery Times for Airmail is
Approximately 7 - 18 working days. At this stage delivery is only available to the
following countries: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, South Africa, New Zealand
and India. If you require delivery to a destination other than these countries
please contact us via email at store@mercymission.org.au.
Returns
No refunds are offered if you have changed your mind about the product or made an incorrect
choice, however a store credit, less any shipping costs incurred, may be given depending on the
circumstances of your claim. If you have any enquiries regarding returning an item,

Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items
Mercy Mission Australia will gladly exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
